MUSKOGEE, OK -- Muskogee Police with help from Tulsa Police, arrested a 21-year-old Muskogee woman in connection with the disappearance of an 11-year-old boy who was last seen Monday at 6:30 p.m. playing with some friends in his Muskogee neighborhood.

The boy's mother notified Muskogee Police that he was missing at 11 p.m. Monday.

Police say fifth grader, Jacob Southern, disappeared from an apartment complex in the 2100 block of Fairmont.

Muskogee Police conducted a block by block search of the area where the boy lives, but ended it after generating several leads on his whereabouts.

Police say he had been taken by Felisha Wilham who has been arrested for child abduction.

Police say Southern and Wilham knew each other through an affiliation with The Insane Clown Posse, a music group known for its controversial lyrics.
