Falling Concrete On Tulsa Highway Smashes Through Sunroof

TULSA, OK -- Crumbling concrete came crashing down from a Tulsa overpass and onto a woman's car Thursday.

Deb Andrews was driving on I-244 near Yale when she says she heard what sounded like an explosion and was showered with glass.

At first she didn't know what happened, then she saw something had punched a hole right through her sunroof.

"It really scares you ‘cause if that object had came directly through and hit me in the head, it could have done a lot of damage," said driver Deb Andrews.

ODOT says it couldn't find any problems on the Yale bridge, but did see some areas of concern at the Pittsburg bridge.
