Tulsa Prosecutors Present Case Against Brandon Brixey

TULSA, OK -- Prosecutors are building their case in court against a man accused of carjacking a van with children inside and sexually assaulting a young girl.

Brandon Brixey is on trial for kidnapping, rape and robbery. The girl's mother says Brixey tried to break into her van in June 2008. When she got out to confront him, she says he jumped in and stole her van with three kids inside.

About a dozen witnesses have taken the stand so far during the trial, but prosecutors have about two dozen more to call.

His trial is expected to wrap up next week.
