Cox Communication Outage Impacts Some Tulsa Phone Customers

TULSA, OK -- Cox Communications in Tulsa is working to restore phone service to customers impacted by an outage Thursday morning. 

Christine Martin, director of communications for Cox in Oklahoma, says the outage initially impacted 200 customers but crews have been working to restore service as quickly as possible. 

Martin says the outage was scattered across the system and not concentrated to one specific area. 

The cause of the outage has not yet been determined.
