OOLOGAH, OK -- Public Service Company of Oklahoma crews have restored power to almost 1,400 customers in the Talala-Nowata area.
PSO spokesperson Ed Bettinger tells The News On 6 an insulator on a 138,000 volt transmission line failed near Oologah knocking out power to 1,397 customers.
The incident happened at about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Bettinger says crews have fixed the problem and power restored.
