TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man will stand trial for first degree murder.

On Friday, a judge found enough evidence against Cedric Jackson to move forward with the trial.

Police say Jackson shot and killed Jason Woodfaulk and injured Joseph Love during a drug deal on North Yorktown Place last November. It was Tulsa's 57th murder of the year.

But Jackson says it was another man who actually pulled the trigger.
