TULSA, OK -- A man and a woman are in the Tulsa County jail after Tulsa Police stopped a two person crime wave in an east Tulsa neighborhood early Tuesday.
Police received a call at 5 a.m. Tuesday on a mini-van stolen from the driveway of a home in the 7700 block of East 38th Court.
While a Tulsa Police officer was taking the report, the owner spotted the van driving down a street about a block away.
A short time later, the van was found in the driveway of another home.
At about the same time, a pickup truck was reported stolen from the driveway of a home in the same neighborhood.
An officer found the pickup truck and a woman passenger was arrested near 20th and Sheridan. The male driver, 29-year-old Gentry Miller was found a couple of blocks away thanks to a K9 officer.
Inside the van, officers found several items most likely taken in some other yet to be reported auto burglaries.
Earlier in the morning, Tulsa Police arrested a man at an east Tulsa storage center after a resident found him and held him until officers arrived.
The man told officers he was a CIA operative and was in Vietnam in 1997.
The storage facility is located in the 8700 block of East Admiral.
And Tulsa Police are investigating a window smashed at a Radio Shack at Admiral and Sheridan.
Officers were called to the store at 1 a.m. Tuesday, after an alarm sounded.
No entry to the store was made, but the store's owner told police, it would $700 to replace the store's window.
