TULSA, OK -- A man charged with kidnapping a Tulsa woman and her daughter is back in the Tulsa County jail.
Tulsa Police say 33-year-old Allen Shields turned himself in just after 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Shields was originally arrested and released on $90,000 bond early Tuesday.
Once formal charges were filed, Tulsa County prosecutors asked that a higher bail be set and a new arrest warrant was issued.
Shields is charged with felony kidnapping, assault, battery, and burglary after breaking into his ex-girlfriend's house Monday morning.

Officers say Shields hid in the house and waited for the woman and her nine-year-old daughter to come home.
Police say when Shields attacked the woman; the girl ran into the bathroom and called 911.
Police also say Shields could be linked to the disappearance of another woman, Angie Tucker in November 2007. Tucker had filed a protective order against Shields, accusing him of rape, a month before she disappeared.
