Tulsa Fire, Police Departments Respond To Car Fire

TULSA, OK -- A woman called police after she heard a boom and then looked outside and saw a car on fire.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department and firefighters with the Tulsa Fire Department responded to the scene shortly before 1 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of North Rockford.

Firefighters extinguished the fire and officers said the car was abandoned. They will try to locate the owner.

Officers said they suspect the fire was intentional.

The fire is under investigation.
