Tulsa Police: Homicide Could Be Linked To Road Rage

A man was found dead at the Slo Ride Saloon at 41st and South Peoria in what Tulsa police say was an apparent result of road rage.

TULSA, OK -- A man was found shot to death near 41st and South Peoria Friday night.

According to Tulsa Police on scene, a man on a motorcycle and two men in a truck got into an argument in a possible case of road rage. Both vehicles stopped just in front of the Slo Ride Saloon.

Police believe the motorcycle driver and the men in the truck got into an altercation, which lead to the motorcycle driver shooting the driver of the truck.

EMSA has confirmed a 33-year-old male was dead on arrival.

Police have taken the motorcycle driver and the truck's passenger into custody for questioning.

The shooting is the sixth homicide of 2010, but it is yet to be determined if it will be classified as murder or self-defense.
