TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police have made an arrest in the city's fourth homicide of 2010.
Officers arrested 17-year-old Samuel Fullbright at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Fullbright was arrested for the murder of 28-year-old Jonathan Tennant, according to Tulsa Police. Fullbright was booked into the Tulsa Jail on a complaint of first-degree murder.
Police officers were called to the Seminole Hills Apartments in the 1600 block of East Ute Street shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived, officers say they found Tennant dead in the complex's parking lot.
Witnesses told police that the suspect ambushed Tennant as he got out of his car, then fired several shots and kept firing as he ran away.
The motive of the homicide is under investigation.
