TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are looking for a person of interest in connection with Tulsa's third homicide of 2010.
Tulsa Police say 22-year-old Billy Dee Williams is considered a person of interest in a fatal shooting at a home near 63rd Street North and Boulder.
Police officers say a gunman, using an assault rifle, fired seven shots, hitting four people inside the home.
Tulsa Police arrested 31-year-old Joe Lee Williams in the 6300 block of North Denver.
Joe Williams was booked into the Tulsa County jail on four complaints of shooting with intent to kill and one complaint of first degree murder.
Joe Lee Williams and Billy Dee Williams are brothers.
Police believe a disagreement during a social gathering may have sparked the shooting spree at 7:20 p.m. Monday.
After police and fire responded, a crowd gathered at the scene and Tulsa Police called in extra officers to keep order at the crime scene.
Four people were taken to Tulsa hospitals. One of those victims, 31-year-old Hosea Jones, was declared dead at the hospital.
The other victims are expected to be okay, according to Tulsa Police.
Witnesses tell The News On 6, the shots came out of nowhere.
"I kind of heard it, and I told my girlfriend to get down and get under something because we didn't know how close it was. It kind of shook us all up," said Harry Maupin, witness to the shooting.
Tulsa Police continue to investigate.
Anyone with information concerning Williams is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
