Hit And Run Victim Dies In Tulsa Hospital

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police are seeking the public's help in finding the driver in a hit and run accident involving a pedestrian. 

Police say the accident happened Monday evening near Admiral and Yale.  

Jason Winston, 29, died in a Tulsa hospital Tuesday morning. 

When police officers arrived on scene, the driver of the car involved was gone, despite telling a police dispatcher she would wait until officers arrived. 

Witnesses tell police the woman had several small children in the car at the time of the accident. 

Tulsa Police are now looking for a white, 1998 four-door Chrysler vehicle with an Oklahoma license plate of 729-DDB.
