Tulsa Murder Suspect Gets A Trial Date

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County District Court judge has sent a May 17, 2010 start date for a Tulsa man charged with the death of a Tulsa businessman.

During a hearing Monday morning, Judge Thomas Gillert entered a "not guilty" plea for 23-year-old Terrico Bethel.

Back in November, Bethel was bound over for trial following a preliminary hearing.

Bethel is charged with first degree murder of Neal Sweeney.

Sweeny was shot and killed in his east Tulsa office in 2008.

Bethel remains in the Tulsa County jail.
