Tulsa Man Tells Judge He Will Kill Again After Not Receiving Death Penalty

TULSA, OK -- A convicted killer made a murder threat in court today after a judge sentenced him to three life sentences, two without parole, rather than the death penalty.

Joshua Muller had made the same threat in a letter he wrote to the judge a few months ago.

Muller pleaded guilty to murdering 16-year-old Derrico Ross and 12-year-old Leah Harris-Fuqua and injuring 12-year-old Sheridan Rand.

They were in a vehicle with other relatives when Muller opened fire.

Josh Muller wrote a Letter to the judge.

"I shure wished they all died so my body count could have been higher. I just wanted to say if I don't receive the death penalty you will force me to kill again, how many is it going to take?"

In his letter, Muller said, "I shure wished they all died so my body count could have been higher."

And, "I just wanted to say if I don't receive the death penalty, you will force me to kill again, how many is it going to take?"

After learning his sentence today, Muller told the judge, "I'm going to kill again; I'll send you a letter when I do."

The judge said his request was similar to "state-sponsored suicide."
