Jury Acquits Former Tulsa Nurse Accused Of Raping Patient

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County jury has acquitted a former nurse accused of raping a patient.

Olayinka Osifeso was suspended and fired from his job as a nurse at St. Francis Hospital, after he was charged with the crime.

He was accused of raping a 41-year-old female patient in August of 2007.

But Friday, a jury found him not guilty of second-degree rape.
