Governor, Mayor Proclaim December 1st as Little Giant Day

A tiny Tulsan has a day named after him, now. It is Little Giant Day for Metro Christian Academy, the city of Tulsa and even the state of Oklahoma.

The day is named after Mitchell Cupps, who has a rare form of dwarfism. He is one of only four people in the U.S. and 45 people in the world who have this type of dwarfism.

At an assembly at Mitchell's school, the Little Giants foundation also donated $20,000 to a Canadian researcher who is studying the rare disorder.
