TULSA, OK -- Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say alcohol may be to blame for one woman who caused two accidents early Friday morning.
The first accident happened about 1 a.m. on I-44 near Garnett.
Troopers say the woman was going east in the westbound lanes. An oncoming car was run off the road after swerving to avoid colliding with the car.
The woman was not hurt in that accident.
A passenger in the other car was taken to a Tulsa hospital to be checked out.
OHP troopers say the woman continued driving the wrong way, this time heading towards 161st Street. It is there her car collided with an oncoming pickup truck.
The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt.
Troopers say the woman was taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries.
