TPS To Hold H1N1, Seasonal Flu Fact Forum

TULSA, OK -- This week is your chance to ask questions about the H1N1 and seasonal flu.

A number of health leaders will be on hand for a special forum at Cooper Elementary, 1808 South 123rd East Avenue, on Thursday, November 5.

The free Flu Fact Forum runs from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.

All TPS families and students are invited.

Presenters include:

• Pam Butler, Tulsa Public Schools Director of Health Services
• Brenda Dale, Mass Care Coordinator, Emergency Preparedness and Reponses Division at the Tulsa Health Department
• Dr. Kelly Humphreys, Morton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.
• Sue Ann Bell, Tulsa Public Schools Director of Maintenance, Grounds and Plant Operations
