Black Bean Dip

Charlotte Richert with the OSU Extension Center offered up a recipe for Black Bean Soup

1 15.5 ounce can black beans
1/3 cup salsa
¼ cup cilantro leaves (chopped)
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced (or one teaspoon if already minced)

Drain and rinse beans.
Combine the beans, salsa, cilantro, lemon juice, and garlic in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with cilantro leaves or salsa or use your own creativity.

Serve in a bowl as the face of the cat skeleton created with vegetables.
