Judge To Sentence Tulsa Man Who Pleaded Guilty To Murder

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa man's sentence is in the hands of a judge. Tulsa county judge Clancy Smith will decide whether Joshua Muller goes to prison for life or gets a death sentence.

Muller pleaded guilty to two murder charges and one attempted murder in August.

Muller killed a 16-year-old girl and her 12-year-old cousin and injured another 12-year-old girl in July of 2007.

Muller thought they had stolen his wife's wallet from her car. He was on the run for several days before being caught in Lawton.
