Tulsa Judge Follows Jury Recommendation On Murder Sentencing

TULSA, OK -- A Tulsa County District Court judge has gone along with a jury's recommendation and ordered Marquis Bullock to serve life in prison with possibility of parole. 

Last month, Bullock was convicted in the death of 13-year-old Cori Baker in the fall of 2007.

A Tulsa County District Court judge issued his ruling during Bullock's formal sentencing Monday morning.   

Cori Baker disappeared on November 7, 2007.  Her remains were found in Creek County several months later.
