TULSA, OK -- A man who opened fire at a Tulsa nightclub in 2007 killing one person has entered a "no contest" plea to second degree manslaughter just before the start of his trial in Tulsa County District Court.
During a hearing Wednesday morning, Durayco Fox entered his plea and was ordered by the judge to serve four years in prison.
Jury selection in Fox's trial began Tuesday.
Fox was charged with first degree murder in the death of 21-year-old Eric Bell at Club UV in downtown Tulsa.
