TULSA, OK -- Jury selection is underway in three first-degree murder trials in Tulsa County District Court on Monday and Tuesday.
In the first trial, Durayco Fox is accused of opening fire in a downtown Tulsa nightclub in 2007, killing 21-year-old Eric Bell. He is charged with first degree murder. The jury has not been seated, but should on Wednesday with opening arguments probably beginning then too.

In the second trial, 36-year old Larry Neeley is accused in the death of a 20-month-old boy. The incident occurred in August 2008. In this case, the jury has been seated. Opening statements start Wednesday morning.

And the third trial concerns the first degree murder trial of 21-year-old Travis Wilson. Wilson is charged with the January 31, 2008 death of 29-year old Antonia Nears.
Tulsa Police say Nears was shot multiple times will he was asleep.
Testimony has started in this case. Several witnesses have taken the stand.
