Man Pleads Guilty In Broken Arrow Murder Case

TULSA, OK -- Isaiah Jennings, a man accused of being the gunman in a murder for hire case, has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of second degree murder.

The guilty plea came Wednesday in court. Jennings has been sentenced to 40 years in prison.

Jennings appeared in court Tuesday, where the jury listened to the tape where he confessed to killing Michael Dubin in 2007.

Police say Carl Akins hired someone to kidnap and kill Dubin who was dating Akin's estranged wife. Akins has since pleaded guilty to soliciting murder and kidnapping.
