Tulsa Police Release Identity Of Weekend Shooting Victim

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have released the identity of a man who was shot and killed over the weekend at a Tulsa apartment complex.

Officers say 51-year-old Charles Homer Watson was shot and killed Saturday night at the Plaza Hills East Apartments in the 1600 block of South 130th East Avenue.

Police officers say Watson was shot after a fight with a neighbor, 36-year-old Dennis Rodriguez.

Witnesses told police, the two neighbors were fighting when Rodriguez grabbed a shotgun and shot Watson.

Police officers arrested Rodriguez on a complaint of first degree murder and possession of a sawed-off shotgun.
