Sapulpa Businessman Enters Plea In City of Tulsa Bribery Case

A Sapulpa businessman pleads guilty in federal court to bribing a Tulsa city official.

TULSA, OK -- A Sapulpa businessman pleaded guilty in federal court Tuesday to bribing a Tulsa city official.

The U.S. Attorney's Office said 49-year-old Harlan Yocham pleaded guilty to procurement fraud bribery and has agreed to pay the city of Tulsa $10,000.

During a hearing Tuesday, Yocham admitted he paid a bribe to former city of Tulsa Public Works manager Albert Martinez.

He is the fourth person to plead guilty in the city of Tulsa Public Works corruption investigation.

Yocham is scheduled to be sentenced December 14th.   He faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
