TULSA, OK -- A cool front moved into Green Country with possible record-setting temperatures expected for Monday morning. News On 6 meteorologist Dick Faurot reports that "it is certainly is unusually cool for this time of year."
Temperatures on Monday morning are expected to be in the low 50s in Tulsa which approaches the record low of 48. Since surrounding rural areas usually report lower temperatures than in the immediate Tulsa area, that record low may be met.
"Daytime temperatures will also be well below the normal value of 90 as we expect to be only in the upper 70s to near 80 both today and Monday," Faurot said.
"We are certainly on a roll for now so enjoy!"
