North Tulsa Man Shot In Foot

Tulsa police responded to a call of shots fired Saturday night and found a man with a gunshot wound to the foot.

TULSA, OK -- Tulsa police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 1000 N. Irvingdale at about 10:45 p.m. Saturday.

When investigating the call, they found a man who had returned to his home in 6700 block of East Independence with a gun shot wound to his foot. The man told police that he had been a passenger in a vehicle driving around the area when he heard shots and noticed his wounded foot.

He was transported to an area hospital as a precaution but appeared to be in good condition.
