Topping Off Ceremony At New Happy Hands Facility

TULSA, OK -- It's an especially happy day for Tulsa's Happy Hands Education Center.

A topping off ceremony was held on Friday morning to celebrate the progress made on their new facility near 91st and Garnett.

Right now, Happy Hands serves about 30 children who are deaf or have communication disorders. The director says when the new center is finished; they will be able to more than double their enrollment.

The new Happy Hands Education Center is set to open next June.
