Tulsa Man Accused Of Kidnapping, Lewd Molestation Pleads Not Guilty

TULSA, OK -- A man arrested last week by Tulsa Police and charged with kidnapping and lewd molestation involving a 2-year-old girl has had a preliminary court date set.

During a hearing in Tulsa County District Court Wednesday morning, Marcus Berry, Sr. pleaded not guilty. A Tulsa judge set September 8 as the date for his preliminary hearing.

Berry, who is a convicted sex offender, was released from state prison three years ago.

He was arrested earlier this month, after Tulsa Police officers on routine patrol found Berry and the partially-clothed girl in a parked pickup truck.
