Cunningham Confirms TU-Notre Dame Match-Up

TULSA, OK -- At Thursday afternoon's Chamber of Commerce Luncheon, TU Athletic Director Bubba Cunningham confirmed that he does have a contract for an Oct. 30, 2010, football game between the Golden Hurricane and Notre Dame.

Both sides still need to sign the deal, and the Irish are working to solidify a 12th opponent for 2010 before releasing their schedule.   

Next season's meeting will mark the first time Tulsa and Notre Dame have met on the football field.
