TULSA, OK -- The preliminary hearing for a man accused of killing a well-known Tulsa businessman has been postponed.
Neal Sweeney was shot and killed in his east-Tulsa office last year.
Court officials say the hearing for 23-year-old Terrico Bethel has been rescheduled for September 18.
Bethel is charged with first-degree murder for walking into Sweeney's office and shooting him in the head.

Sweeney was the president and CEO of Retail Fuels Marketing.
It took months, but Tulsa Police finally arrested Bethel who they say confessed he carried out the murder, but did it on behalf of someone else.
Tulsa County prosecutors still aren't sure who hired him, but say the case is still ongoing.
The Tulsa Crime Commission is offering a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of others responsible for the killing.
