TULSA, OK -- Emergency crews freed a man who was trapped underneath a car Wednesday afternoon. Crews say he did not have a pulse when they got the car off of him.
The incident happened at about 1:45 p.m. in the 2800 block of East 1st Place.
Police say 20-year-old Taylar Packar was working under a car that was on a scissor jack when it rolled forward and landed on top of him.
After crews removed the car, they say the victim was not breathing and did not have a pulse. Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to free him.
Crews began CPR and he was transported to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition.
