TULSA, OK -- A 29-year-old man is in the Tulsa County jail after police say he raced by a Tulsa police officer on U.S. Highway 169 early Wednesday morning.
Police say Antonio Gonzales was driving about 95 miles per hour. The officer said once Gonzales realized he'd passed a cop, Gonzales slowed down to about 35 miles per hour.
The officer pulled him over and found a bottle of vodka in the car.
Gonzales was arrested on complaints of DUI and speeding.
Police say Gonzales does not have a current license to drive. They say his license was suspended back in 2002 for multiple DUI charges.
