TULSA, OK -- Tulsa Police have arrested two people after several reports of someone shooting paintballs at cars.
The first calls about the vandalism began at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police began searching for a black SUV. About three hours later, a police officer spotted the SUV in question along with a red vehicle covered with paintball splatters near Virgin and Rockford.
The driver of the SUV fled the scene.
Between 9:30 p.m. and midnight, police say several other cars were hit with paintballs as well as a few people standing in their yards.
Two suspects have been arrested and taken in for questioning.
Tulsa Police tell The News On 6, even though it is just paint, the suspects could face felony charges for their actions.
The two suspects were also detained on several outstanding warrants.
