TULSA, OK -- Bulldozers are burying the BOK Center as the arena transforms into the rodeo capital of the world. The Professional Bull Riders Built Ford Tough Series comes to town on Friday.
Some Oklahoma cowboys are among the country's elite. Ryan Dirteater from Hulbert has been sidelined since he broke his leg in March. He'll be back in the saddle on Friday and facing some stiff competition.
"You know, the best bulls in the world, you know, the best riders in the world, so you know, it's gonna be really good," said bull rider Ryan Dirteater.
Dirteater says he got awkward stares when the tour came to New York City and he's looking forward to competing in front of a hometown crowd.
