Investigators Work To Identify Body Found In Arkansas River

BIXBY, OK -- There are new details about a body found in the Arkansas River Tuesday near 151st and Mingo.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says they're checking fingerprints against an ID found on the man's body.

Investigators aren't releasing his name until they confirm the man's identity and contact his family.

Officials say the man may be new to the area and possibly not from the United States.

Investigators don't believe foul play was involved, but the medical examiner will determine how the man died.
