Motorcyclist Hit By Truck In Tulsa

TULSA, OK -- Officers say it was a close call for a motorcyclist who was involved in a hit and run accident Monday night.

Emergency crews were called shortly after 11:00 p.m. to Admiral and Memorial.

Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say the motorcyclist was hit by a pickup truck.

Witnesses told officers they saw a red or maroon Chevy S-10 extended cab pickup leave the scene after the accident. It has not been found.

Although the motorcyclist was hit hard, EMSA checked him out at the scene and determined he was fine.  He was not taken to the hospital.
