OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Two Stillwater men have been sentenced to 10 months each in federal prison for stealing money from a Lawton bank.

Federal prosecutors say Bryan Ross Benton was sentenced June 17 and Tyson Charles Martin was formally sentenced Tuesday morning.

The men pleaded guilty to charges alleging they stole money from a City National Bank branch in Lawton last year.

Todd Vincent Rudisill was sentenced to 27 months in prison for the theft and his embezzlement from the bank, where he worked as a manager.

Prosecutors allege Rudisill, wanting to conceal his embezzlement, contacted Martin Dec. 1 and told him a large amount of money could be obtained by faking a bank robbery.

Benton came into the bank the next morning wearing a mask and handed Rudisill a demand note. The $62,290 in cash he got away with was recovered.
