Shipping Slips At Port Of Catoosa

TULSA, OK -- The economic crisis is getting the blame for slumping shipments at the Tulsa Port of Catoosa.      

Barge shipping was down 50% last month compared to April.  Also to blame, transportation troubles from all the rainfall.

Port officials say, despite the difficulties, the total number of shipments so far this year is comparable to and even higher than several of the last 10 years.
