Tulsa Murder Suspect's Trial Set To Begin

TULSA, OK -- The trial is scheduled to begin Wednesday in Tulsa County District Court for a man accused of killing an infant.

Former Rhema student Joseph Henry, 23, is charged with first degree murder in the death of 7-month-old Charisma Arredondo the day after Thanksgiving in 2008.

Tulsa Police say Henry confessed he threw the baby in the air and shook her because she wouldn't stop crying.

Police say the baby's mother was asleep in another room at the time.
