Stillwater Police Officer Arrested For Lewd Acts

STILLWATER, OK -- A Stillwater Police officer has been arrested on a complaint of committing lewd acts with a minor.

Louis Alvie (Buck) Morris, 48, worked as a school resource officer at the junior high school and is accused of being involved with a 15-year-old student.  Police say the relationship began in December.

Morris, a 17 year veteran of the Stillwater PD, faces two charges of rape by instrumentation and three counts of lewd acts to a child.  He has worked as a school resource officer for the past six years.

According to an affidavit, the girl had dated Morris' son for a short time, but continued talking with the elder Morris after she and his son broke up.

Morris was suspended from his duties on June 2^nd.
