Tulsa Robbery Suspects Sought

The search continues for suspects involved in two robberies Monday night.

TULSA, OK -- The search continues for suspects involved in two robberies Monday night.

At about 8:20 p.m., the Subway located at 5227 E. 41st Street was robbed. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say two black men entered the store and demanded money.

Officers say one man was armed with a handgun, the other with a machete.

After getting the money, the suspects fled the scene in a 2007 white Ford Mustang.

Shortly before midnight, officers were at the scene of another robbery, this one at the Food Pyramid located 3815 South Peoria Avenue.

Officers were told two suspects entered the store wearing bandanas and carrying handguns.

Officers say one suspect forced the manager into an office where he demanded money.

After getting the money, the suspects ran away. No vehicle was seen.

Anyone with information about the two robberies is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
