The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is still looking for a third vehicle which left the scene of the accident.
"It was just an unnecessary accident his foolishness caused. And he needs to know that he needs to pay for that," said Hobbs' wife, Anna Marie.
That vehicle is described as a 1955 to 1957 black Chevy Bel Aire. The car reportedly has many chrome features.
