Selling Stolen Cigarettes On Oklahoma Streets

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- A booming business on the streets may be to blame for a rash of smash-and-grabs all over Oklahoma.

In each case, the thieves make a daring entrance into the business. Once inside, their target is tobacco and nothing else.

Surveillance video from an Oklahoma City gas station shows a good example of the crime.

Police say the only thing these suspects took was cigarettes and the store's manager says they only took two brands.

Oklahoma City Police believe the men will sell the cigarettes on the streets to consumers who are don't want to pay high taxes on tobacco products.
