UNDATED - There are new details about a minor parking lot crash that killed a teenager in Midwest City.

There are questions about why Ashley Parham's 2001 Honda Accord was not part of an airbag recall.  The Oklahoma County Medical Examiner says the airbag in Parham's car deployed Wednesday, sending pieces of metal from the steering column into her neck.

In December, Honda called back a small number of 2001 Honda Accords and Civics for that very reason, but Parham's car wasn't included in the recall.

Honda says it's too early to draw any conclusions, but promises a full investigation.
