TULSA, OK --- More than 200 cancer survivors from across the country were in Tulsa to celebrate on Friday.

They were honored at the Cancer Treatment Centers of America for reaching their five year survival mark.

They planted trees in the center's courtyard, released doves and had their names added to the Tree of Life in the hospital's lobby, near 81st Street and Highway 169.

After the ceremony, they shared their stories with current cancer patients to give them some hope.
