TULSA, OK -- Police investigating a shooting incident end up in a standoff situation overnight in north Tulsa.
Police officers surrounded a home near Marshall and Utica around 2 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say a 46-year-old woman walked into a nearby convenience store with a gunshot wound to her thigh and foot.
The woman called police and told them 49-year-old Lester Williams had shot her at her home.
Police went to the home to try and talk with Williams, but he wouldn't come out.
A Tulsa Police SWAT team eventually used tear gas to get Williams to come out.
Williams was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County jail.
