Mandarin Chicken Salad

3 oz. precooked chicken strips-unseasoned
About 2 c. fresh spinach
½ c. Fiber One bran cereal
½ c. mandarin oranges
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. Light Asian Sesame Dressing

Serves 1

Place spinach on plate. Add dressing. Toss lightly. Top with chicken, oranges, Fiber One bran cereal, and finally the almonds. Serve immediately for an easy, healthy dinner on the go!
